This flick is like a rollercoaster, full of crazy action and non-stop hype. It's got a fast-paced vibe that takes you on a wild ride, like an amusement park with mad twists and turns. Whether you're an OG fan or new to the game, you'll find mad references and easter eggs all up in this movie. The nods to the original games and the sound effects will have you coming back for more.

One of the Top Action-Packed Adventure for the Family!

When Mario steps into the Mushroom Kingdom, it's like stepping into Oz. The movie's got enchanting landscapes, dope characters, and wild physics that pull you in. The power-ups and magic keep it fresh without over-explaining. Illumination Studios outdid themselves with this animation. The colors are vibrant, the backgrounds are lively, and the characters move like they're alive. One scene's got water so real, you'll think you're watching a live-action movie.

Mario's new movie's got heart too. Mario's character development, his bond with Luigi, and Donkey Kong's struggle to make his father proud will hit you right in the feels. You might even shed a tear or two.

Now, don't get me wrong, the movie's not perfect. It's got a few hurdles to overcome, like the fast pace. For example, when Mario, Peach, and Toad travel through different lands on their way to the Jungle Kingdom, it feels like a montage. We don't get to see enough of these various worlds, which is a shame because they are so enchanting. Additionally, Peach is too quick to bring Mario along with her, someone she has only just met, on this journey.

It's dope, but sometimes it's too much. Some scenes could've used more time to explore the characters and their world. Plus, Mario and Luigi needed more brotherly bonding, man. They're the heart of the franchise, and we need to see more of that. And Cranky Kong's character switch-up might surprise fans, but I ain't gonna spoil it for y'all.

Overall, The Super Mario Bros. Movie is a wild ride that you don't wanna miss. It's got laughs, heart, and a few things that could've been done better, but that doesn't stop it from being one of the most entertaining movies out there. So grab some popcorn, kick back, and enjoy the show, baby!

To Conclude, this The Super Mario Bros. Movie Review... The Super Mario Bros. Movie captures the essence of playing a Mario game, with tons of action, humor, and loveable characters in imaginative environments. Sure, there are a few issues with pacing and lack of brotherly bonding between Mario and Luigi, but they don't take away from the overall enjoyment. If this is how future Nintendo adaptations will be handled, we're in good hands.

Did I forget to mention that this movie has been killin' it at the box office? It's already grossed over $366 million domestically and is expected to bring in another $45 to $50 million this weekend. Other movies like Evil Dead Rise and Guy Ritchie's The Covenant don't stand a chance against this powerhouse.

Released on April 5, 2023, the movie follows Mario and Luigi as they try to save the world from Bowser with the help of Princess Peach and Toad. The cast is stacked, with Jack Black as Bowser, Anya Taylor-Joy as Peach, and Keegan-Michael Key as Toad. And let's not forget about Seth Rogen as Donkey Kong.

In its second weekend, The Super Mario Bros. Movie set a new record, earning $87 million and beating out Frozen II for the best sophomore outing of all time for an animated film. This movie is a must-see for gamers and moviegoers alike.
